Perfect for Unique Schedules – Ideal for parents, caregivers, or anyone seeking nontraditional hours What We’re Looking For:Professional licensure CTRS, PT, OT, SLP, RN, LPN, LCSW, LPC, etc4-year degreePassion for helping patients thriveThis role is about impact AND flexibility — make a difference in patients’ lives without sacrificing your schedule. Apply now and take control of your work-life balance while supporting patients!   Responsibilities Obtains patient records and prescriptionsAssures patient pre-admission paper work is completeCoordinates "PRN" (pro re nata, when necessary) staffing and employee schedules, as neededSupports the front office team, as back-up for phone, front desk coverage, verifying insurance and schedulingMonitors patient equipment requests including coordination with vendors, therapists, and patients to assure completionMaintains patient care database by entering new information & updatingMonitors cancellations, makes follow up calls and sends lettersPromotes and hosts support groups and special events (Develops fliers, promotes on web page and social media, decides topics and content, coordinates speakers)Maintains web site (bio’s, news stories, patient stories, newsletters and announcements)Reconciles credit card batch sheets dailyOrders supplies for clinicCollects weekly and monthly statistical information and assists director in preparing corporate reportsMaintains and develops referral source relationships and corresponds with physicians/referral sourcesMaintains study information and actively recruits participantsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededOther duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education DiplomaA minimum of two years administrative office experience, preferable in a medical settingBasic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processAdvanced computer software (Microsoft office) and data entry skillsExcellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
