Always Best Care of Utah County is in its third year of serving seniors with compassion, integrity, and excellence. We’re growing and seeking a reliable, motivated, and versatile Care Coordination Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about helping seniors remain independent in their homes—and you're organized, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this role could be perfect for you!

 

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit & Onboard: Source, interview, and onboard qualified non-medical caregivers.

· Schedule Management: Match caregivers with clients based on skills and availability; manage caregiver and CNA schedules, including required bi-annual quality assurance and onsite visits.

· Client Coordination: Conduct in-home assessments and review service agreements with new clients.

· Client Relations: Regularly check in with current clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

· Office & Call Management: Handle incoming calls and place outbound calls to current and potential new clients.

· Team Support: Provide consistent, regular support to Caregivers and CNAs through weekly meetings. Offer thoughtful solutions based on team feedback, and foster a positive and meaningful work environment by:

          o Recognizing and rewarding excellent performance

          o Supporting skill development and ongoing training

          o Promoting professional accountability and team engagement

· Care Coverage: Step in to provide care when needed, especially during caregiver call-offs.

· Community Engagement: Participate in occasional local marketing and outreach events.

Qualifications

2 years of recruiting, scheduling and administrative experience (preferably in healthcare or home care) 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience CNA certification preferred but not required Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Vehicle Registration Background check, TB test and drug test required
