Care Coordination Associate
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Care Coordination Associate to join the Pre-Access and HSS Connect teams at the #1 Orthopedic hospital in the United States. As the first point of contact for patients and families, this entry-level role manages a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, triages inquiries, creates referrals, and schedules various types of appointments. The Associate connects patients to the appropriate physician office based on condition, insurance, location, and availability; completes full registration; verifies insurance coverage; and accurately documents demographics and medical orders in Salesforce, including sending patient itineraries and closing cases. This position requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and efficiency to support the hospital’s mission of delivering outstanding patient care.
