SUMMARY:
As a Care Connect Trainer, your superior leadership capabilities combined with your extensive Electronic Medical Record System knowledge leads to optimized training and development of new employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrated Knowledge. Learn the Epic application module functionality and end-user workflows sufficiently to teach end-users proper use the systemTraining & Development. Assist in the maintenance and rebuild of the training environment; prepare and maintain training materials used during training sessions; train newly-hired employees; coordinate training of end-users for new releases; work with project team members to establish and clarify course objectives, team project development and evaluationSystem Management. Maintaining system documentation; provide demonstrations of system functionality as necessary; assist in the evaluation and testing of new applicationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
None.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two (2) to three (3) years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Education or healthcare related-field strongly preferred.Two years of experience facilitating classroom training preferred.EDUCATION:

14617The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
