A Little About Us: At Spread Your Wings (SYW), our Direct Care Staff (DCS) provide one-on-one support in the homes of our clients, offering them a safe, nurturing environment. Our goal is to help our clients live as independently as possible, supporting them through personalized care tailored to their needs. As a DCS, you’ll be a crucial part of our clients' lives, helping them with everything from daily activities to emergency response. Your role will be to provide guidance, teach new skills, and offer encouragement in a compassionate, professional manner.
