Support Worker

Location: Bulwell, Nottingham
Salary: £23,809 plus sleep-in allowance
Shifts: Varied patterns including sleep-ins (every other weekend)

What You'll Be Doing

Providing personal care and practical support tailored to individual needsEncouraging independence and emotional wellbeingSupporting daily living tasks and community engagementActing as a key worker and advocate for residentsCollaborating with families and professionalsPromoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

What You'll Need

Experience supporting vulnerable adultsLevel 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)Basic IT and communication skillsFlexibility to work varied shiftsCompassion, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
