Salary: £23,809 plus additional sleep-in allowance
Shifts: Flexible patterns including sleep-ins (every other weekend)

Your Role Will Include:

Delivering personal care and tailored daily supportPromoting independence and emotional wellbeingSupporting community involvement and social activitiesActing as a key worker and advocate for individualsCollaborating with families and external professionalsMaintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting vulnerable adultsLevel 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)Basic IT and communication skillsFlexibility to work a variety of shiftsCompassion, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
