Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital imaging systems. Must be able to lift and position patients and equipment as needed. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required. Must maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and continuing education requirements.
