**Responsibilities** + Conduct thorough patient assessments and adjust procedures based on patient conditions and observations. + Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient history, assessments, and procedural modifications. + Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and safe patient care. + Perform and assist with radiologic procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality improvement initiatives. + Provide education and supervision to students, pursue ongoing professional development, and uphold a safe clinical environment. + Consistently checks for posted assignments in a timely manner + Supports additional organizational training needs related to patient safety and process efficiency. Assist the surgical team under the supervision of the surgeon and registered nurse. Primarily functions as surgical assistant when appropriate (see functions of the surgical scrub and as second surgical scrub).
