What You’ll Do
+ Place and analyze cardiac monitors, promptly generating reports for provider review and escalating critical findings per protocol.
+ Perform in-person and remote device interrogations, ensuring accurate programming and timely follow-up care.
+ Interpret data from pacemakers, ICDs, ILRs, and CRT devices, recognizing abnormalities and recommending solutions.
+ Maintain meticulous documentation to support patient billing, compliance, and continuity of care.
+ Educate patients on device function and remote monitoring, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
+ Monitor inventory, maintain equipment, and keep devices ready for patient use.
+ Coordinate with providers, device representatives, and other care team members to ensure seamless patient care.
What You Bring
+ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in cardiac rhythm management with proven device interrogation and programming skills.
+ Certification Requirement: Must be able to pass a cardiac rhythm device exam within 1 year of hire.
+ Knowledge: Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms, device function, compliance regulations, and patient confidentiality standards.
+ Skills: Excellent organization, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn additional software programs as needed.
+ Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
