What You’ll Do + Place and analyze cardiac monitors, promptly generating reports for provider review and escalating critical findings per protocol. + Perform in-person and remote device interrogations, ensuring accurate programming and timely follow-up care. + Interpret data from pacemakers, ICDs, ILRs, and CRT devices, recognizing abnormalities and recommending solutions. + Maintain meticulous documentation to support patient billing, compliance, and continuity of care. + Educate patients on device function and remote monitoring, ensuring they feel confident and informed. + Monitor inventory, maintain equipment, and keep devices ready for patient use. + Coordinate with providers, device representatives, and other care team members to ensure seamless patient care. What You Bring + Experience: Minimum of 2 years in cardiac rhythm management with proven device interrogation and programming skills. + Certification Requirement: Must be able to pass a cardiac rhythm device exam within 1 year of hire. + Knowledge: Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms, device function, compliance regulations, and patient confidentiality standards. + Skills: Excellent organization, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. + Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn additional software programs as needed. + Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
