Unlock your potential at Medical City Denton! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Clinical Supervisor assists the director/manager in planning, organization, directing, and coordinating the clinical and management activities of an assigned area responsible for decisions and actions within the domain of nursing practice. Important aspects of this responsibility are the promotion of a safe and therapeutic environment for both the recipients and providers of cardiac care; acquisition of specialized knowledge skills and additional formal education to provide specialized care; demonstration and validation of competence in cath lab practice; clinical practice consistent with the policies, procedures and standards of this facility; and supervision of other staff as designated within the department. **What qualifications you will need:** + Advanced Cardiac Life Spt + Basic Cardiac Life Support + BSN Degree required + (RN) Registered Nurse, or (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist + At least 2 year recent and relevant experience in the field of Cath Lab **Benefits** Medical City Denton, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
