Responsibilities + Retrieve and organize materials (paper, envelopes, cards) for processing orders + Hand off materials to machine operators and begin next order + Operate processing machines including inserters, printers, bursters, and metering machines + Load/unload materials, clear jams, and maintain equipment + Ensure quality and productivity while meeting deadlines + Complete logs and reports, reconcile work, and follow repetitive workflows Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + 1+ years of experience in a role requiring standing for long periods + Must be currently employed or employed within the last 4 months + Able to read and speak English + Comfortable standing for a full 12-hour shift Work Environment + Climate-controlled government facility + Business casual dress code (collared shirts, jeans/khakis, closed-toe shoes) + No personal items allowed on the production floor + Mandatory overtime during peak season (Nov–Jan) + One additional shift scheduled every other weekend Perks & Benefits + Opportunities for advancement + 401(k) with company match, stock options + Tuition reimbursement + Company-paid life insurance (employee & dependents) + Medical, dental, and vision coverage + 24 days of PTO Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.92 - $18.92/hr.
