ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
Customer & Group Support
Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and complianceDeliver high-quality service to internal and external customersCommunicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to GroupsLead group calls to review reporting and performance metricsOperational Oversight
Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactionsAssist with processing transactions throughout the monthResolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collectionsHandle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documentsCollaboration & Relationship Management
Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendorsParticipate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience
