**Job Reference Number:** **32475** **Employment Type:** **Full-Time** **,** **Hybrid** **Segment:** **Elior Corporate** **Brand:** **Elior North America Corporate** **State:** **Texas (US-TX)** **The Role At A Glance:** The Capture Manager provides critical focus on complex projects to develop a positioning strategy effectively clarifying our internal and external activities to influence the client and prepare the RFP response. The Capture Manager will lead overall strategic planning and actively collaborate with Business Development Directors (BDDs) and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that lead to the pursuit, capture, and qualification of high-value, complex opportunities. \#LIGG1 **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develop the Capture Plan and identify the Capture team and Proposal team members in coordination with Growth, BD, and Operations leadership + Recognize and understand client requirements, propose tailored innovative solutions to those needs, and oversee the development and review of proposal content that reflects those solutions + Lead and manage the proposal lifecycle process and develop win themes, win strategies, value propositions, and differentiators + Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and work with BDDs to continually assess and update competitors’ capabilities, perform analysis of competitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and conduct team gap analysis + Actively maintain a solid knowledge of the segments to identify and engage teaming partners, contributing to successful capture and project execution + In instances when the Capture Manager is not the lead for proposal development, he/she will support the Proposal Manager and Proposal team, as required, including contributing to proposal reviews, proposal writing when required (i.e., transmittal letters, executive summaries, and other key selling/strategic components), and providing overall guidance to the team + Provide leadership and oversight to the proposal development team, coordinating their efforts and mentoring them on project management best practices + Other duties as assigned **What Were Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred + 5+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years in proposal management or professional writing + Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) applications + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Teams, SharePoint) + Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team in the pursuit and development of high-value and strategic opportunities + Proven track record in project management, with experience overseeing complex proposal processes, timelines, and resources + Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead proposal strategy discussions to develop content and solutions to client-specific needs + Advanced time management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously + Ability to navigate complex RFPs and synthesize information into clear, persuasive content and visual concepts + Strong belief in customer service; positive attitude and flexibility in an environment of tight deadlines, unexpected changes and frequent interruptions + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to proposal team members at varying levels + Strong ability to proofread and apply writing/grammatical rules to ensure high-quality products **Our Benefits:** + Medical (FT Employees) + Dental + Vision + Voluntary UNUM offering for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity + Discount Program + Commuter Benefits (Parking and Transit) + EAP + 401k + Sick Time + Holiday Pay (9 paid holidays) + Tuition Reimbursement (FT Employees) + Paid Time Off **About Elior North America:** Elior North America is an equal opportunity employer.
