Position Summary
We are inviting you to be part of our dynamic team of Captains and First Officers with Cleveland, OH as your permanent base where you can enjoy a very nice quality of life. A passion for excellence, customer service and collaborative teamwork is what animates our team.
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for the safe, consistent, legal and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with all applicable federal and international regulations, as well as all company policies, standards and procedures.
+ Maintain a strong participation with the Safety Management System.
+ Lead the flight crew and act as the point of contact for the passengers when assigned as captain.
+ Makes key decision on flight cancellations and/or routings as determined by weather conditions or other factors to provide maximum safety and comfort to passengers.
+ Maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic Flight Department.
+ Delegate duties to the co-pilot to enhance the safety and efficiency of the flight operation.
+ Participate in operational committees and team projects that support the growth and improvement of the department.
+ Maintain the highest level of proficiency and competency while operating with the highest levels of safety.
+ Provide superior customer service in all aspects of the flight operation to include strong written and verbal skills.
+ Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and willingness to combat complacency.
+ Must demonstrate the ability to work exceptionally well with others in a collaborative, small team environment.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ FAA valid Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings.
+ Greater than 5 years of corporate aviation or equivalent flight experience.
+ Minimum 3500 hours total flight time to include at least 1500 hours of multi-engine turbine.
+ 1st Class medical.
+ Valid US Passport with no travel restrictions.
+ FCC Restricted Radio Operator Certificate.
+ Experience in a multi-crew environment and safety management system.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in Challenger 300/350 aircraft with type rating
+ International experience
+ NBAA CAM

Competitive Compensation
+ Pay Range: $137600 to $240850 annually
