As a Senior Consultant (Business Analyst/Configuration Lead) within our practice, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to optimize client project deliveryAnalyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projectsDesigning and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards, to meet client requirementsCollaborating with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and ProcoreConducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoptionParticipating in problem-solving sessions with the team, contributing innovative ideas to address client issuesSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly with ProcoreExtensive project management and controls experience, with a deep understanding of project management fundamentalsProficiency in project controls, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating these aspects into technology platformsStrong capability in configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboardsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited sponsorship may be availablePreferred:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $188,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
