Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of core capital projects & regional programs across all Pakistan Sites to meet EHS, Quality, Supply and Sustainability objectives - Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and GSK policies. - Recommend feasible technologies and solutions to meet business objectives maximizing capital efficiency (Cost effective equipment, L2L Solutions for equipment etc.) - Support site engineering head to build capital and project management capabilities within site - Coordinate with global SMEs, procurement category managers and align strategies and solutions - Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project goals. - Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and government authorities. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. - Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders regularly . Qualifications/Skills - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial etc.) - 5-8 years of experience is required for this role. - Proven experience managing capital projects or infrastructure development. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes. - Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in infrastructure projects. - Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
