Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Business Intelligence

Leverage AdaptiveWork and Ingenious.Build capital planning module, managing accuracy, and flow of accurate data to establish AdaptiveWork, Ingenious.Build and BI reports and dashboardsManage and analyze the client dataset to generate thoughtful insights such as opportunities for bundling, strategic sourcing and prioritization recommendationsDrive technology enablement and adoption with internal and external clientsDevelopment and refinement of best practices and standards of excellence and ensure their incorporation into the Capital Planning process and procedures documentation

Capital Planning and Optimization

Manage the tactical building of multi-year real estate capital plans, while strategically advising clients on the management, performance, and utilization of their planLeverage experience in cost and schedule management, financial planning, facilities management and construction project management to identify areas of opportunity for clients to save time, money, resources and reduce riskWork with internal and external clients to ensure the accuracy and continuous improvement of the capital forecastManage all activities in accordance with established Capital Planning governance calendar and continuous improvement roadmap

Stakeholders Management

Establish a trusting partnership with both client and on-account leadership; build immediate credibility, drive confidence, and deflect conflict under stressful and time sensitive situationsCollaborate effectively with the integrated JLL team to bring the full power of JLL capabilities to the clientBuild rapport with client functional areas and ensure overall goals of the capital plan are fully understoodConduct review meetings with stakeholders to assess and confirm project submissions for capital plan inclusion

Cross-functional Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

Collaborate with the PMO team including Performance Manager, Cost Estimator, and BI AnalystGather and process project requests from various requestorsAnalyze client data for efficiency gains and bundling opportunities to combine requests across the different workstreams into one project i.e. infrastructure asset replacements incorporated into planned renovationReview project requests for scope, budget, and schedule alignmentEnsure the development and review of business need/justification, scope, budget, and risks for project submissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Preference for Finance, Engineering, or Construction ManagementExpert understanding of building system (MEPFS and architectural)Aggregates and translates output into marketable deliverables (e.g. Case Studies, White Papers and quarterly metrics)5+ years in real estate and construction program/process management5+ years of experience developing project charters (scope, schedules, budgets, business justifications and risk assessments) for a diverse set of real estate and construction projectsAbility to generate AACE level 4-5 cost evaluations; capable of working conceptually and qualifying unknowns leveraging established guidelines established by Project controls platformAbility to work collaboratively, independently and through ambiguity to create structure and consensusDemonstrated understanding of real estate and construction finance principlesEffectively communicate; knows when to engage and/or escalate risk to JLL executive oversightStays informed on changes to the PDS processes, systems and reporting and contributes to strategic client initiatives
