Description Responsibilities: + Responsible for assisting traders, sales and closers with booking and closing both primary and secondary par and distressed loan trades from transaction to close + Managing trade positions to confirm positions are reconciled + Assist with amendment voting, refinancings, restructures, extensions and prepayments + Complete KYC requirements prior to close + Work with operations in order to ensure successful closing and funding of trades + Liaison with counterparties, agents, legal counsel and borrowers to ensure smooth trade settlement + Reconcile with operations any issues with trade settlement, positions, agent discrepancies + Advise traders, sales of any discrepancies with trade settlement Qualifications: + Minimum 1+ years of commercial loan closing experience + Prior experience with LIQ, ClearPar, Syndtrak (or equivalent) and Bloomberg preferred + Bachelor degree from an accredited university preferred + Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills + Highly organized with ability to multi-task + Ability to excel in fast paced environment Hours and Work Schedule Hours: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
