- Capital Project Management (managed installation or construction project)
- Understanding capex and opex budgeting
o Control budgets
o Financing
o Explain budget
o Put budget together
o Getting third parties teams to put together raid logs
- Understanding of asset management (CMMS) or asset lifecycle management – refrigeration, roofing, HVAC…etc in this case
- Experience managing budgets of at least 20 million (this will be 300 million+)
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Managing risk
- Managing stakeholders
- Retail experience
- Financials of capital program management
- Planning, execution of capital projects
- Ensuring all the funding is there for the construction project and ensure it used in time
- Facilitate and execute on work orders and change orders
- Good received, forecasting. Accruals, financial projections
- Experience with manufacturing, retail, industrial, commercial, supply chain
