Antal International - Iasi office is recruiting exclusively for their client, an industrial manufacturing company, part of an international group of companies:

CAPEX & Asset Accountant – in Iasi, on-site (with limited travel to Belgium and the United States).

 

In this role, you will support the tracking, accounting, and reporting of company investments (CAPEX) and fixed assets.

You will work together with the finance teams across different locations and help ensure that investment-related data is accurate and properly recorded.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is:

Organised and eager to learn Interested in finance and controlling, comfortable working with numbers and Excel

 

Main Responsibilities:

Track CAPEX projects and related invoices Support the monitoring of budgets vs actual spending Prepare monthly reports and follow-up files Support asset accounting activities: Asset creation Depreciation Transfers Disposals Maintain and update finance files and system data Help ensure proper approvals and documentation are in place Work closely with local finance teams and SSC colleagues

 

Experience

Experience in accounting, finance, or junior controlling is a plus Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Recent graduates with strong motivation are also welcome SAP S/4HANA WBS/Assets experience is a plus, but not a must

 

Technical skills

Good Excel knowledge Organised and detail-oriented Good communication skills Willingness to learn and grow

 

Nice to Have (but not mandatory)

SAP or ERP knowledge Understanding of fixed assets / CAPEX Experience in an SSC environment

Education & Languages

Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting or equivalent through experience Good knowledge of English, written as well as spoken.
