Duties and Responsibilities

Program coding experienceJCL and/or script coding experienceMXG or like tools expertiseMicrosoft Office proficiencyManage multiple projects with minimal support and continuing shifting prioritiesSupport multiple client environments each having unique requirements and requestsDatabase and data warehouse concepts and experienceWeekend support infrequent but possible (1 out of 10 weekends)Support team on-call rotationKPI identification and definitionProficient level verbal and written communication skillsProvide mentoring to lower level job roles as needed

Required - Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experiencePreferred - Understands the competitive landscape from both a business and technical perspectiveTravel % - 10%
