**Job Requirements** Senior Solutions Architect (PreSales & Solutions) - Unified Detection and Response (UDR) Role Overview: As a Senior Solutions Architect (PreSales & Solutions) specializing in Detect and Respond, you will play a pivotal role in driving cybersecurity solution proposals for enterprise client requirements (proactive or RFPs). You will work closely with sales teams, product specialists, and clients to design and propose transformation and managed services solution approach, delivery model, cost model leveraging cutting-edge technologies using Palo Alto XSIAM, Microsoft Sentinel, Cisco Splunk and Google SecOps with AI, Agentic AI and Automation. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Architecture o Develop and present tailored technical and commercial proposal for both SOC and MDR transformation and managed services requirements, including multiple SIEM (Palo Alto XSIAM, Microsoft Sentinel, Cisco Splunk and Google SecOps), SOAR/AI/AgenticAI, UEBA, and Threat Intelligence platforms. o Align proposed solutions with client business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational resilience goals. • PreSales Engagement o Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations. o Conduct workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts showcasing advanced SOC capabilities (e.g., Agentic AI, automation, threat hunting). • Technical Leadership o Advise clients on best practices for SOC modernization, integration of SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, Cisco Splunk, Google SecOps), and AI / Agentic AI / Automation for SOC & MDR platforms. o Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST), and regulatory mandates. • Stakeholder Communication o Deliver executive-level presentations articulating value propositions, ROI, and strategic benefits of Detect and Respond services. o Act as a trusted advisor to CISO and security leadership teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: o 10+ years in cybersecurity solution design including SOC and MDR, with at least 5 years in PreSales or solution proposal & consulting roles. • Technical Expertise: o Deep knowledge of SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, Splunk, Google SecOp), SOAR / AI / Agentic AI, EDR/XDR, UEBA and ITDR, OT SOC. o Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments. • Certifications: o Preferred: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Palo Alto, MS Sentinel, Splunk Architect, Google SecOps certifications. • Soft Skills: o Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. o Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes. Preferred Attributes: • Experience in MSSP/MDR service delivery or consulting. • Knowledge of AI-driven SOC automation and threat intelligence platforms. • Proven track record in handling large enterprise PreSales engagements.
