As a Capability Development Coordinator, you will support the development, management, and continuous improvement of capability-building programs across all audiences, including CCO and third-party field teams. The role ensures detailed training data management, coordinates the We Care environment, and supports global and local training initiatives. The coordinator acts as the operational backbone for capability development, ensuring flawless execution, content accuracy, and timely reporting.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

 

Training Data Tracking & Administration

Maintaining accurate training data for all audiences as required by the Capability Development Supervisor.Tracking completions, attendance, certification progress, and training KPIs across all programs.Supporting data quality checks and ensure all information is continuously updated in the required systems.

 

We Care Platform Support & Maintenance

Updating and maintain the We Care Platform to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and user‑friendly.Monitoring platform analytics and prepare regular usage reports.

 

Capability Development Operations

Supporting the implementation of business skills training programs when needed.Assisting in identifying capability gaps through data, feedback, and performance trends.Providing logistical and administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, materials preparation, and participant communication.

 

Local Training Content & Delivery Support

Assisting in the creation, updating, and localization of training content for frontliners and supervisors.Liaising with external agencies when needed to support content development or translation.Providing operational support during delivery of local trainings (virtual or in‑person).

 

Mystery Shopper & Audit Support

Assisting the Supervisor in managing the Mystery Shopper process across channels.Collecting, organize, and report Mystery Shopper and market audit results.Supporting preparation of dashboards, summaries, trends, and follow‑up materials.

 

Who we’re looking for:

Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.Accuracy and attention to detail, especially in data-related tasks.Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional partners.Adaptability and flexibility in a constantly evolving capability environment.Tech-savvy; comfortable with learning platforms and content management systems.Problem-solving mindset and willingness to propose improvements.
