WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Full professional fluency in German and English (in writing and speech)Tech-savviness and comfort with digital tools (LMS platforms, authoring tools)Experience developing, implementing, and managing high-level learning project plans in support of business objectivesExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesExperience leading or coaching others is a plus, but not required—we welcome strong individual contributors with leadership potential

Partner with business leaders to assess capability needs and identify learning opportunities across the Swiss Commercial teamsManage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning activitiesCoordinate the transcreation of learning materials into multiple languages, ensuring market relevanceDesign and deliver digital learning solutions and e-learningsLead the development and deployment of learning programs using project management principlesMeasure and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, driving continuous improvementCollaborate with subject matter experts and global teams to ensure learning solutions are aligned with strategic goalsProvide coaching and leadership to a team of Commercial Organization Development executives
