The Senior Manager of Capability Assurance is responsible for developing and leading the quality assurance and testing efforts for our ERP digital transformation. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all testing activities are completed on schedule and that testing coverage and defect resolution targets are met before advancing to subsequent milestones. The scope includes functional unit testing, system integration testing, end-to-end process validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.

A key focus of this role is to drive standardization across testing processes, enabling the development of program-wide KPIs aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of the digital product development lifecycle. This individual will also work in partnership with the test automation team to monitor and report on automation progress in alignment with the overall testing strategy.
