**Description:** **Operational** · Ensures that all minimum brand standards of the company have been implemented. · Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible way, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests and employees. · Washes, peels, cuts and processes vegetables and fruits. Cleans, cuts and grinds meat, poultry and seafood. · Works with various foods, drink, kneaded dough. Mixes soups and sauces. · Weighs and measures the intended food. Transfers pans, kettles and trays with food to workstations, stove and refrigerator. · Stores food in designated areas.
