Located on the 4th floor of the Brock Cancer CenterSummaryLeads front desk operations & collaborates with supervisors on day-to-day clinic operations, checks patients in, schedules appointments, collects demographics information, updates registrations, collects copays, manages insurance work ques, communicates insurance updates to insurance teams, addresses customer service concerns within scope, supply ordering, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments in the shared suite.EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience1 year of previous medical experience STRONGLY preferredPrevious "customer-facing" experience REQUIREDPrevious phone customer service STRONGLY preferredPrevious multi-tasking experienceMedical terminology knowledge preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$17.31 - $28.85. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
