As a Cancer Center - Radiation Therapist at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

Deliver radiation therapy treatment to patients in accordance with physician’s prescriptionComplete treatment preparation including simulation, immobilization, and block fabricationCoordinate care of patients receiving radiation therapy treatmentsAssure proper function of treatment equipmentProvide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the patients served on his/her assigned area

Schedule: 

32 hours per week - 4 days a week7:30 am - 4: 00pmNo weekends or holidays

General Requirements: 

Iowa Permit to Practice and ARRTBasic Life SupportNo experience required

Education: 

3 year college Radiation Therapy program or equivalent experience
