About Lemmen Holton Cancer Center 

We treat cancer using the latest technologies and treatments including gene sequencing of tumors, targeted therapy and advanced oncology surgery techniques. We use a team approach to care, bringing together different areas of expertise that specialize in any type of cancer. 

 

Scope of work

Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others, health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs.

 

Qualifications 

Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related fieldPreferred Master's Degree or equivalent related field2 years of relevant experience related experience RequiredLIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required or CRT-Registered Dietitian (RD) - CDR Commission on Dietetic Registration Upon Hire required or CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire required or LIC-Master Social Worker (MSW-Master) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire preferred or LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required or CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required or CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Upon Hire requiredCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
