The GCS Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy and distribution plan for our prospect & customer segments around the world.  **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Develop compelling creative strategies tailored to commercial audiences to influence content development. + Derive insights from the competitive landscape and customer feedback and synthesize to develop data-driven recommendations. + Document marketing processes and backlogged opportunity areas and drive future prioritization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Technology, Legal, Compliance and other collaborators. + Assist with ideation of marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and prospect growth. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’sdegree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 **Preferred Qualifications** + Demonstrated interest in commercial payments and marketing. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex concepts or problems. + Intellectual curiosity and desire to continually learn about the changing payments landscape and new technologies. + Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with leaders, colleagues, and cross-functional partners to deliver value. + Strong project management skills and attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. + Demonstrated resilience, ‘can do’ attitude, and optimism in changing circumstances. + Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement. + Proficient in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. **Qualifications** Salary Range: $24.05 to $63.00 hourly sign-on bonus The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
