Each Graduate will spend 8 months across three diverse areas, such as Consumer, Merchant and Commercial business. As an American Express Graduate, you will work with your business unit and leaders to solve some of our most crucial business projects aligned to the company’s strategic, operational and financial goals. Throughout the programme you will develop a variety of essential business skills, whilst also building a deep understanding of the Payments industry on a Global scale.
