Join the Engineering teams as a Business Analyst Intern and make an impact right away:

Analyze Business Needs: Assess current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or software.Translate Business Needs into Technical Specifications: Bridge the gap between business objectives and solutions by creating detailed documentation, such as process maps and technical specifications, to guide developers.Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between business departments and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication and alignment on project goals.

Develop and Recommend Solutions: Propose and evaluate technology solutions, including software and hardware, to address identified business challenges and improve performance.

 

Oversee Implementation: Coordinate and support the deployment of new systems and technologies, ensuring they are integrated effectively into business operations.Conduct Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights, measure the performance of systems, and guide decision-making.Ensure User Proficiency: Deliver training and support to team members to ensure they can effectively use and adopt new systems and applications.Monitor and Maintain Systems: Track metrics to monitor system performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify areas for ongoing improvement.AI use cases: Find opportunity to innovate, automate development using AI and reduce/ redefine process - as part of the responsibility

Educational Requirements:

·       The candidate must earn Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related technical discipline by June/July 2026.
