Campus Services Coordinator - Account Specialist
JOB TITLE:   Campus Services Coordinator - Account Specialist LOCATION:   TC Santiago WORKING MODEL: On site   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB:    Campus Services Account Manager is a critical member of our College Sales and Service team. This role creates a partnership with our inside sales staff to proactively develop and manage our College customer regalia and diploma accounts by establishing a value-added service relationship with customers.  The person in this position will be responsible for implementing a high level of customer service that supports the sales strategy planned by the Inside Sales Representative. This is evidenced by a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, maintaining customer set up accuracy on Jostens systems, assisting salespeople in program implementation, effectively handling daily customer transactional activity via phone, e-mail, mail (customer orders, order status, issue resolution, billing questions, product questions, campus promotion questions, etc.), maintaining customer records, and reporting on business activity. The Campus Services Account Manager must be able to partner with their sales counterparts in the field to strengthen our business ability to retain customers, increase customer penetration with new products and drive new customer acquisition in order to make our College business grow.   MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   Completing administrative tasks such as filling out service orders, art requests, web set up forms, and other tasks required once Inside Sales Representative has secured new business. Proactively understanding customer needs, maintaining customer set up accuracy on Jostens systems, updating grad dates on service orders for online ordering Assisting salespeople in program implementation Effectively handling daily customer transactional activity via phone, e-mail, mail (customer orders, order status, issue resolution, billing questions, product questions, campus promotion questions, etc.) Maintaining customer records and reporting on business activity. Assist salesperson with customer forecasting, pack and hold orders, and other yearly initiatives. Partner with salesperson to strengthen our business ability to retain customers, increase customer penetration with new products and drive new customer acquisition in order to make our College business grow. Provide GradTrack training to new customers and work with current customers to ensure GradTrack usage. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree with additional training in sales and/or marketing or equivalent experience 2-4 years Proven experience in customer account management, sales support, or related field Working knowledge of all College products & processes preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and service excellence Strong oral and written communication skills in working with internal & external customers at all levels. Ability to work independently in an organized manner as well as be an active team member. Ability to make decisions and exercise judgement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to resolve complex issues independently. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams Oracle knowledge preferred
