We’re seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on hiring top undergraduate talent for internships and full-time roles at CoStar Group. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer delivery—while delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and campus partners.
You’ll build meaningful relationships with universities, including faculty, career centers, student organizations, and individual students. This role is also key to driving innovative recruitment strategies and strengthening CoStar’s brand on campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage a pipeline of student candidates from key universitiesSource, screen, and assess candidate qualifications for internships and new grad rolesExtend and close offers effectively and professionallyRepresent CoStar at campus events, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking eventsPromote CoStar’s brand and value proposition to students and campus partnersStay current on campus recruiting trends and bring forward new ideas to enhance student engagementPartner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business units to meet hiring goalsContribute to the development and implementation of campus marketing and branding strategiesWhat You Bring:Passion for university recruitment and helping early career talent succeedStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentCreative mindset with a drive to innovate and improve processesEnthusiasm for representing CoStar’s brand and culture to external audiencesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited, in-person, non-profit institutionExperience supporting recruitment efforts—preferably campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, business development, or a related role within a university systemHands-on experience with Handshake or a similar campus recruiting platform (ATS/CRM), used to coordinate virtual and in-person eventsProven event planning skills, particularly in organizing recruitment or branding events for undergraduate studentsStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindsetResults-driven, curious, and proactive in driving process improvementsValid U.S. driver’s license (or ability to obtain prior to start) and clean driving record; ability to travel regularly, including extended and intermittent driving throughout the workdayDemonstrated consistency and reliability in work historyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
You are a pro with applicant tracking systems (we use Workday and Eightfold) as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, and Facebook. Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates.Experience and understanding of campus recruiting strategies. Understands how to contribute to the branding of a company to undergraduates and graduates.Experience building relationships with university administrators, student clubs and organizations, and ability to cultivate interest in CoStar with individual studentsStrong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment.What’s in it for you?
