The ideal candidate will have Campus Recruitment/Early Talent Experience This is a hybrid position - when not traveling to events this team member can work from home. 📍Candidates must be located in SC. This position will focus on the South Carolina Coastal area but will travel across the state for campus events. Preference for candidates located in the Hilton Head, Bluffton, Charleston, Mount Pleasant areas. What You'll Do - On-campus engagement - academic partnerships - talent pipeline development - candidate experience - special events dedicated for new grad recruitment What We're Looking For + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; required. No degree required if experience is 8 yrs or more. + Experience: Three years Recruiting experience, health care recruiting preferred with a Bachelor Degree OR if no bachelor degree, 8 yrs of recruiting experience without a Bachelor Degree, required. + Additional skills required: + Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving. Communicates the value of activities within the organization and community to gain cooperation and collaborative partnership. + Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed.
