Campus Quality Manager

We are looking for a Campus Quality Manager to join our team and lead the setup and optimization of PCBA operations in our new campus as part of the E33 project. **What you’ll do:** + Define quality requirements for equipment layout and manufacturing processes across MCB, PCBA, and plastic injection molding. + Lead the setup and qualification of new production lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with industry standards. + Develop and implement Eaton’s Quality Management System (EQMS) based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. + Build and lead the Quality team across all workstreams, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. + Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP. + Prepare all quality related documents: Management Handbook, procedures, Management Review doc. + Promote a culture of safety and sustainability through full compliance with EHS and MESH standards. + Implement Lean tools and Eaton Business System practices to achieve world-class manufacturing performance. + Provide accurate and timely reporting on quality KPIs, supporting continuous improvement and benchmarking. + Act as a core team member in improvement and PROLaunch projects, ensuring customer focus and risk mitigation. **Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in Engineering or related field. + 8 years proven track record. **Skills:** + Proven experience in a Quality role in a manufacturing environment. + Solid knowledge of ISO 9001. + Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. + Proficiency in quality tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D. + Experience in establishing QMS from scratch is a strong advantage. + Proven experience in setting up new production lines (Greenfield projects) and workforce expansion. + Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills + This role requires strong influencing skills and ability to communicate effectively at senior level + Working often in emotionally challenging circumstances the role requires both empathy and demonstration of managerial courage. **What We Offer:** + Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry. + Work in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability + Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system + Ongoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
