The Campus Project Execution Manager Develops a long-term strategic roadmap and annual action plans for the Davidson facilities management team. This role leads preventive maintenance planning. They maintain the current asset log, identifying and tagging end-of-life assets, and prioritizing repair and replacement needs for inclusion in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The manager performs and oversees routine inspections of structural, mechanical, and electrical components and coordinates emergency repairs to ensure safe, reliable campus operations. The role works closely with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to resolve safety findings and drive facility improvements. This position blends strategic planning, project execution, vendor management, and day-to-day operational oversight to support operational excellence and an exceptional workplace experience. The manager partners directly with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure facilities performance aligns with organizational goals.

**Where is the work:**
+ On-Site (5 days). May require weekend work. The company has designated this role as safety sensitive.
**What you will do: **
+ Long-range planning (LRP) and prioritization of facilities initiatives across the Davidson Campus Support environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
+ Serve as Relationship Manager for Duke Energy to secure and oversee power equipment installations and related activities.
+ Oversee building and infrastructure projects such as reroofing, Data Room Package Cooling Unit replacement, road resurfacing, pothole mitigation, and sinkhole remediation.
+ Facilitate ongoing and future space conversion projects, including converting former manufacturing areas into labs, offices, or other facility types.
+ Manage communications and change management related to critical activities, including coordination with Duke Energy, local building code authorities, and internal stakeholders.
+ Assist with preventive maintenance activities, building equipment inspections, safety audits, and compliance inspections.
+ Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality delivery and compliance with building codes, safety standards, and Trane Technologies requirements.
+ Ensure maintenance activities follow Trane Technologies standards, company safety policies, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on inspection results, maintenance activities, and system performance.
+ Monitor the facility for safety violations, health risks, and environmental compliance.
+ Attend required EHS training and apply learnings to improve facility performance.
+ Manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and structural systems.
+ Establish schedules, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
+ Partner with sustainability teams to support energy efficiency, waste reduction, and other environmental initiatives aligned with Trane Technologies sustainability goals.
+ Monitor building performance data and identify opportunities for improved sustainability, system efficiency, and asset optimization.

+ Advanced understanding of plumbing, electrical, and building construction principles.
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities operations, capital project management, and preventive maintenance programs.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Demonstrated project management expertise; PMP or similar credential preferred.
+ Ability to bend, carry, climb, lift, push, pull, and navigate stairs, roofs, and building mechanical areas.
+ Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call support for emergencies or critical events.
**Compensation: **
**Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000**
**Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible**
