Job Description

The Campus Management team ensures the smooth day-to-day operations, safety, and functionality of our workplace. We focus on creating an efficient, welcoming environment for all employees. Our responsibilities include reception and facilities services, workplace safety, vendor coordination, event planning, and space management. 

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Campus Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive the daily operations of our Sofia office.  

This role requires a strong on-site presence. 

Your contribution to something big: 

Team Leadership: Lead the campus management team, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent knowledge sharing knowledge and communication between team members Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery Reporting & Documentation: Manage documentation for facilities, security, health & safety, and operations. Ensure regulatory compliance and inventory accuracy Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex events, ensuring all logistics and resources are handled effectively. Lead the team in event setup and execution Shipping & Logistics Management: Oversee the tracking and management of shipments, ensuring seamless and efficient operations Incident Management & Support: Handle support requests and incident resolution efficiently Landlord communication: serve as the primary contact for all landlord-related matters Campus Support: Support and guide physical campus activities as needed. Coordinate car maintenance and transportation services Reception Rotation: Lead by example in reception desk rotation, ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations Safety & Security Oversight: Enforce safety policies, manage emergency protocols, conduct security audits, and maintain visitor access systems Access Control: Manage issuance, tracking, and deactivation of access cards/keys Workspace Optimization: Assess and enhance office layout for maximum efficiency Space Planning: Drive initiatives to improve workplace design and productivity Global Collaboration: represent Sofia Campus in global meetings and share best practices 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Fluent in English Computer literacy (MS office) Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong leadership skills Ability to both work hands-on on operational tasks and strategic topics Good knowledge of contract and vendor management Basic knowledge in financial reporting and accounting Experience with regulatory responsibilities (corporate and external) Event management experience Negotiation skills
