Job Description

As a Campus Management Specialist you will join us to support the Campus Management team to keep our Bosch Digital Bulgaria office at Polygraphia Business center running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. You will be working closely with our Campus Manager.

This role requires a strong on-site presence. 

Your contribution to something big:

Participate in office management activities including but not limited to:

Maintenance of required documentation regarding Health and Safety, Site Security and Sustainability according to company and local legislation requirements in English and Bulgarian.Collaboration with contractors and vendors, including preparing documentsMonitoring and evaluation of contract performance to ensure compliance and quality standards.Oversight of purchasing procedures, including placing orders, coordination of deliveries, and logistics management.Management of the reception desk on a rotational basis, in a professional manner, acting as first point of contact for external visitors and internal colleaguesPreparation and receipt of shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.Administrative duties and the organization of social activities, such as multisport programs, team-building events, and catering for seminars and training sessions.
