The team provides expert legal and labor advisory support to the business across a broad range of employment matters, helping leaders make informed decisions aligned with current labor legislation and company policies.

We interpret and apply employment laws, mitigate risks, and ensure consistency and fairness in people-related decisions.

CLR also manages relationships with employee-representative bodies, including the Works Council, leading consultations and negotiations when required.

In addition, the team delivers training and guidance to leaders on labor law topics, employment practices, and workplace policies, promoting compliance, best practices, and a positive employee relations climate.

Assist in the preparation, formatting, and execution of employment-related documentation (letters, templates, agreements, meeting minutes), including support with document workflows (e.g., DocuSign).

Provide administrative support in the coordination of Works Council meetings and other recurring forums, including preparation of materials, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.

Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of CLR processes and templates to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall colleague experience.
