Business Unit/ Role Specific Info

This role within the Partner Business Solutions team, in Global Network Partnerships (GNS). PBS is a vibrant global team responsible for owning the servicing to Global Network Partnerships.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This role will be responsible for over seeing administrative and customer focused programs, principally the over seeing of our Multi -National Accounts price change process for network partner banks. GNS Network partners are obliged to adhere to global discount rates for multi -national merchants. We must update our partners when it is necessary to make changes to the discount rate or payment terms for these merchants.

Core Responsibilities:

•                                      Support the administration of the Global Multi-National Account price change process, working with our colleagues in our global PBS Team, GCG Pricing and directly with GNS Network partners & other stakeholders as required.

•                                     Understand the network policy framework in reference to Multi- National Accounts and broader compliance requirements.

•                                     Support the internal enquiries we receive into our Price Change queries inbox & assist with resolving internal queries we receive from external partners – helping with change requests, and work with SME teams on query resolution.

•                                      Understanding Network Partner Bank relationships and collaborate with Partner Managers to drive compliance on key initiatives and programs.

•                                           Excellent attention to detail.

•                                           Experience in analysis or process management.

•                                           Customer service experience useful.

•                                           Strong team player and able to work independently.

•                                           Inquisitive problem solver.

•                                           Adaptable and forward thinking.

•                                           Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•                                           Dual language skills are beneficial.

•                                           Year of study: Bachelors - penultimate or final year of study

This internship requires you to be available for a period of 6 months.
