As part of this team, you’ll help shape enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experiences that empower Sales teams and strengthen customer relationships across every touchpoint.

About Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs)

The Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs) team was established in 2024 as part of American Express’ Framework for Winning. Our mission is to reimagine how CRM platforms are delivered across the enterprise — increasing speed to market, improving delivery effectiveness, and enhancing transparency.

The eCRMs team builds scalable solutions for Sales and Customer domains by leveraging Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to support client acquisition, expansion, and relationship management for Sales, Account Development, and Marketing teams globally.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graduate Associate, Digital Product Manager to support digital CRM capabilities within the Sales Domain of eCRMs. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their product career who is eager to learn how enterprise CRM platforms and digital products are built, scaled, and continuously improved.

You’ll work closely with Senior Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and business stakeholders to help deliver CRM capabilities that improve sales effectiveness, compliance, and the overall customer experience.

As a participant of our graduate program, you will have a unique opportunity to accelerate your growth and skills in Digital Product Management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Support the product team in executing the CRM product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered.

· Assist with gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.

· Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

· Partner with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to support solution delivery and address day-to-day questions during development.

· Contribute to testing, UAT coordination, and release readiness to ensure high-quality product launches.

· Support data analysis and reporting to track product adoption, platform performance, and business impact against defined KPIs.

· Help prepare materials for stakeholder updates, sprint reviews, and leadership communications.

· Learn and apply platform governance, standards, and best practices across enterprise CRM solutions.

· Continuously build product knowledge by learning about CRM platforms, AI-enabled CRM capabilities, and enterprise sales technologies.

Qualifications

· Strong interest in digital products and enterprise CRM platforms.

· Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements.

· Comfort working with data, dashboards, and basic analysis to support decision-making.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

· Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like Mural, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.

· Curiosity, a learning mindset, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks in a complex, global environment.

Applicants must have a graduation date in 2026, and have the full right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship will not be offered for this position.

Location: The role will be based in either London or Brighton.
