Campaign Performance Specialist
The Campaign Performance Specialist is responsible for handling all marketing communication campaign strategy related activities, to support campaigns and maintain a consistent media presence. The role collaborates closely with e-trade team to ensure campaigns align with defined KPIs and business ambition plan, in a full funnel activation. The role participates continuously in efforts to achieve social media presence, provide guidance on marketing strategy to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Your role:
Defines the campaign strategy and activation plan, including target metrics, ensuring their appropriateness and alignment with ROI, ROAS, Impressions, VTR, Media Frequency and Conversion Rate.
Owner of the Media Budget, taking decisions with fact-based data for marketing investments, ongoing optimization, and return on investment modeling, leveraging data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Creates campaigns with Media, PR and influencers agencies, to facilitate short-term performance optimization of marketing initiatives, driving continuous improvement and effectiveness in campaign execution and long-term strategy to connect with our consumers.
Annual Media Plan Strategy & Media Sufficiency process knowledge is a requirement for the role.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired +6 years of experience in a consumer company managing budget or in marketing agency as an individual contributor
Your skills include managing marketing budget, high sense of urgency and internal stakeholder management.
You have a marketing or communications university degree.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role in our office in Huixquilucan (Interlomas).
