As a Campaign & Partner Success Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns across our suite of apps — from planning and setup to execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
You are responsible for delivering best-in-class service, performance, and communication throughout each campaign.
You will serve as the key internal driver of campaign and partnership success while being a trusted partner to clients and sales.
This role blends end-to-end campaign management, data-driven performance optimization, and proactive partner success to maximize the impact and long-term value of our advertising partnerships.
This role is planned for fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities:End-to-end campaign managementPlan, launch, and manage multi-format campaigns across Digital+ appsCoordinate asset creation, content creation, QA, targeting setup, and traffickingOptimize campaigns according to partner KPIs using tools like GAMMonitor pacing, flag delivery risks early, and problem-solve in real timeRun post-campaign reporting, ensuring learnings are shared and actionedClient-facing partner success & enablementBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partnersBe the campaign expert and problem-solver, ensuring partners feel supported and heardShare regular performance updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendationsDrive retention by delivering an excellent partner experience throughout the campaign lifecycle
Performance tracking & insight sharingTrack key metrics (ctr, engagement, conversion, delivery) and provide strategic inputDocument campaign learnings, wins, and best practicesWork with analytics to extract insights and support test outcomesWhat you bring:2+ years of experience in digital campaign management, client delivery, or ad operationsHands-on experience with tools like GAM, Firebase, Meta Ads, and Google AdsSolid understanding of media performance metrics and optimization leversStrong organizational skills — able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines seamlesslyProven ability to juggle deadlines, priorities, and partner needs without dropping the ballClear, proactive communicator who can tailor messaging to different audiences (Sales, Partners, Tech)Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliveryProactive and solutions-oriented — you anticipate issues, surface ideas, and take initiativeProblem-solving mindset — comfortable assessing challenges and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve themAnalytical thinker with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insightsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)Experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QuickSight, Looker) is a plus.
