The Campaign Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing strategic campaigns to support financial advisors in achieving their business objectives. This role involves providing tailored consulting and support to financial advisors and key leaders, leveraging a deep understanding of market opportunities, and aligning strategies to meet client needs. The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in driving market growth and ensuring alignment with organizational needs. **What You'll Do:** + Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies tailored to financial advisors' needs and market opportunities. + Serve as an internal consultant and campaign leader, providing customized support and actionable insights to financial advisors. + Analyze market trends and advisor performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign design. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals and compliance standards. + Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization. + Understand key dynamics when shifting behavior of Edward Jones financial advisors and maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders to + understand their unique challenges and opportunities. + Ensure all campaigns are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. + Provide sales collateral and resources to financial advisors to maximize the impact of campaigns. + Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated, aligned with compliance standards, and executed seamlessly. + Continuously refine campaign strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
