As a GSS Campaign Manager, you will operate as a subject matter expert on the campaign operations processes for Amazon Prime Video business lines. The key expectation is to acquire end-to-end expertise on campaign operations processes of the region allocated, various tools, technology and should have hands-on experience in building campaigns and performing quality audits/bar raising of the campaigns. You will also be responsible to do the first-hand learning of the changes in processes, tools and transfer/train the same to the campaign operations associates and ensure adaptation and compliance. In this role, your will also be responsible in executing the daily work allocation based on inflow, by closely working with your manager at upstream and the campaign operations associates at the downstream. You will also need to track their output on productivity & quality in the defined frequency and report back to your campaign operations manager. This role will need flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements.
You will also be actively contributing to recognize daily operational issues and reports the same in a proactive manner, while leading the defects/misses deep dive and root cause analysis.
Key job responsibilities
Campaign & Content Management:
- Manage end-to-end sports marketing campaigns including Sonata promotions, RTN campaigns, newsletters, and match start emails
- Build and troubleshooting Sports Tier 1/2/3 collection pages and territory-level partner pages
- Oversee Sports Airtable calendar, managing pinning conflicts, and coordinating Outbound Calendar inputs
- Open and managing Cross-Site and Spotlight SIMs for campaign execution
Team Leadership & Operations:
- Lead the Campaign team as primary POC, including SOP management and escalation support for Live Sports campaigns
- Plan work allocation, monitoring delivery against SLAs, and maintaining quality standards
- Provide out-of-hours support and troubleshooting for critical issues
- Coordinate team training and development initiatives
Process Excellence & Stakeholder Management:
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives with tech teams
- Conduct performance analysis and implementing data-driven solutions
- Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder communications
- Track and reporting key metrics while maintaining quality standards
Strategic Planning & Development:
- Own marketing function goals and metrics
- Lead process improvement projects across marketing operations
- Implement best practices and innovation initiatives
- Support business growth through operational excellence
