Campaign Manager, Health Communications
Description Please note: This role is contingent upon a contract award. While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award. **Title** **:** **Campaign** **Manager** **The Work** ICF is seeking a Campaign Manager with prior public health and marketing/communications program management experience to lead the development, execution, and management of a public health campaign. This position will lead a cross-functional team to implement campaign strategies that help reduce the stigma associated with mental health and seek to increase the rate at which citizens seek mental health-related services. The end-of-goal of this public health campaign is to contribute to a population-wide reduction in suicide. This position will support a large US government agency. The Campaign Manager will work closely with mental health subject matter experts to collaboratively produce and execute the campaign, which will include events, social media, brochures, flyers, videos, possibly public service announcements, and other products. This position will also be responsible for efficient and effective contract management. **Job Location:** _This position will be onsite in Silver Spring, Maryland._ + _You may be asked to travel to campaign-related events throughout the year (travel up to 10%)._ **What You Will Do:** + Manage all aspects of the program to ensure alignment with all contract terms and conductions, and to ensure all contract requirements are met. + Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan to include lifecycle management and sustainability strategies to ensure long-term campaign success. + Manage the development of new campaign content across multiple channels for different audiences. + Develop and execute campaign strategy formulation and outputs. + Lead planning and provide support toclient in external relationship management. + Attend promotional events as directed by the client. + Liaise with multiple client teams. + Develop and implement a quality control plan to ensure products and services meet client needs. + Track program performance through the development and management of an Integrated Master Schedule. + Produce and deliver monthly performance reports (accomplishments, expenditures, obstacles, etc.). + Work with ICF staff to ensure the generation of accurate monthly invoices, expenditure reports, and subcontract expenditure reports. + Serve as a supervisor / people manager for fellow ICF employees. **What You Will Bring** **With** **You:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Health or other similar degree + 5+ years of experience managing contracts related to public health campaigns; experienceleading or coordinating psychological health campaign evaluations is preferred.  + 2+ years of experience supporting nationwide public health campaigns. + 3+ years of experience supporting Federal contract work. + 3+ years of experience as a supervisor/people manager + Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. + Candidate must have lived in the U.S.for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years **What We Would Like You** **To** **Bring** **With** **You:** + Experience with the U.S. military and/or DOD. + MA or MS in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Health or other similar degree + PMP Certification + Ability and experience communicating effectively (speaking and writing) to diverse audiences to convey public health-related processes, problems, and solutions. + Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including inDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop **Professional Skills:** + Ability to demonstrate strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of client’s timelines and budgets. + Ability to demonstrate the capacity to collaborate easily with peers, managers, and clients while leading program development to a completed and successful solution. **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $98,124.00 - $244,227.00 Maryland Client Office (MD88)
