At Amazon Advertising, we operate at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce to offer advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and placements including Alexa and Fire TV, Prime Video Ads, Live Sports Sponsorships, and Amazon's programmatic Demand Side Platform (DSP). We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager who is passionate about actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction through executing end-to-end (E2E) campaign operations and working strategically with partner teams to optimize the advertiser campaign experience while also protecting Amazon's end customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive execution of complex advertising campaigns across Amazon's properties, through cross-functional partnership (Design, Campaign & Creative Management, Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Ad Policy) while maintaining customer obsession and high quality standards.
* Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including advertiser education, Insertion Order processing, campaign set-up, trafficking, and troubleshooting, while ensuring lead time compliance and timely stakeholder updates.
* Oversee 1P and 3P creative assets and pixel trafficking, facilitating the design process with Amazon-built creative and ensuring functionality through thorough testing and compliance.
* Execute comprehensive campaign audits and quality assurance processes, including go-live workflows, screenshot verification, and user experience validation, while managing the troubleshooting of technical issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
* Manage the full billing and reconciliation process for advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients, while maintaining compliance with information security protocols and Amazon advertising policies.
* May manage designated client relationships, provide strategic support and identify process/product gaps to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

You'll be responsible for accurate campaign setup, billing management, and reconciliation while serving as a point of contact for select advertisers. Campaign Managers maintain strong attention to detail in creative asset management, ensuring compliance with platform specifications and security protocols, while consistently delivering results that drive advertiser success. The role requires strong communication skills, effective problem-solving, and the ability to manage campaign blockers autonomously while maintaining appropriate stakeholder communication and escalation paths.
