Description
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Asset Coordinator to join our Prime Video team, focusing on US Single Title Campaigns across Sports Unscripted, Amazon Music, and Live Events/Special Projects.
In this role, you'll serve as the central orchestrator of Prime Video marketing assets, managing the complete lifecycle from inception to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all Value-Added Material (VAM) content, ensuring it meets platform specifications and launch timelines.
Success in this position requires exceptional collaboration skills, as you'll work closely with multiple internal teams including US Marketing, Content Operations, Localization, GSS, Post-Production, and Mastering. You'll guide external partners through our delivery portal, ensuring they understand and comply with platform requirements such as file naming conventions, safe zones, and asset specifications.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring all deliverables are On Time In Full (OTIF). This role requires both technical understanding of digital asset management and strong project management skills.
This is a seasonal position, up to 6 months contract.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage delivery of all Value-Added Material (VAM) content to the platform
- Onboard external partners to the delivery portal, ensuring compliance with platform requirements (file naming, safe zones, asset specs, etc.) to prevent fails
- Create and maintain comprehensive deliverable lists with timelines to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) launches
- Oversee and guarantee asset intake process
- Track all deliverables and defects throughout campaign lifecycles
- Monitor Prime Video platform content quality and ensure compliance with content guidelines
- Troubleshoot any issues related to marketing asset delivery or availability across all territories
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
